THE MORTGAGE SHOP

Wayne Sheridan is the owner of The Mortgage Shop.  He  holds a QFA designation, which means he is a Qualified Financial Adviser.  The Mortgage Shop is an Independent Mortgage Broker, generally fees are not charged and Wayne basically deals with a number of banks on your behalf, dealing with everything from initial consultation and advice on getting the application ready for approval to handling all bank queries and liasing with your solicitor to ensure a smooth closing.

Types of Mortgages Available:-

  • First Time Buyers - up to 92% approvals available
  • Trading Up - up to 90% available and option to hold exisiting property as an investment
  • Remortgage - to carry out an extension or refurbishment work or to simply clear debt
  • Senior Mortgage - release equity from your home, give early inheritance to your children
  • Investment Properties / Holiday Homes - up to 80% finance available
  • Foreign Property Purchases or Remortgage - countries such as France and Italy
  • Commercial Property Purchase - business owners who currently rent their property may require funding to purchase their property.
